1950s IWC 18K Gold Men's Watch Rare Boxed Dress Watch Jumbo 37mm Mechanical

Here for sale is an amazing vintage IWC 18K gold men's watch. This is a beautiful example and comes with its original box. This example is from the 1950s. The watch benefits from a new leather strap and an unmarked crystal. The dial looks great and is original with extremely light patina. The jumbo 37mm case size makes this a very desirable model. The 18K gold case is in good condition with only one noticeable mark at the 9 o'clock position on the bezel.
