Here for sale is an absolutely stunning vintage Omega mechanical small seconds watch with a 10K gold case. This watch is in stunning condition as the photos show. This example is from 1947 and is in excellent working order. The case is gold filled 10K. This is a very rare watch. The dial may have been restored at some point in the watch's life and looks stunning. The caseback has some very slight chipping where the groove to open the case is. This watch is stunning in person.
